There are many different styles that can be used to write a reference. Here are two examples of how to write a reference in APA format:
How to reference a book:

​Author's surname, First Initial (Year book published). Title of book (Edition of book). Place published: Publisher.

​How to reference a website:
Website title. (Year published).Retrieved from website URL
